    Appointment & Procedure Deposit Policy | Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner to all patients and clients. To help lower the number of no shows or last-minute cancellations, Chambers Prairie Animal Hospital will now require a deposit when you schedule an appointment that is equal to the cost of the appropriate examination fee or up to $100 towards an anesthetic procedure. Please note, the deposit will be applied to your final balance due at the end of your appointment/procedure. Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Special circumstances for emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of hospital management. Deposits will not be required for appointments scheduled with a technician. Payment for service is expected today unless prior arrangements have been made. Thank you.
