In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Please call us when you arrive. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building.
Dogs: We will bring a leash to transport your pet inside. Your leashes/harnesses/collars must then be kept in your possession. If your pet cannot be safely transferred to the clinic your appointment will be rescheduled.
Cats: Cats must be in a secure carrier with NO personal belongings or blankets. If your pet cannot be safely transferred to the clinic your appointment will be rescheduled.
At the conclusion of your pet’s exam, we will call you via phone to discuss a summary of the visit including treatment authorization, if needed. We will also take payment over the phone and any discharge instructions. We can also email this information to you. Please allow extra time as these new processes will impact workflow.
Pet Care Services: We ask that any non-medical services such as nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc. be postponed until we resume normal operations. If you or anyone in your household is ill we ask that you reschedule all non-urgent appointments to minimize staff exposure.
Medication Procedures: We are able to accommodate pharmacy refills via curbside pickup. We encourage all medication refills to be a minimum of a two-month supply. We will let you know when your medication can be picked up and ask that you call when you arrive. For those who cannot make it to the hospital for medication and food refills, please visit our online pharmacy Vetsource.
